The Most Expensive Cognac

You probably won’t see this in your average bar or liquor store. Henri IV Dudognon Heritage is the world’s most expensive cognac with an exorbitant price tag of One Million Pounds Sterling ($1.49 million USD at the current exchange rate). This cognac, which has been around since 1776, is aged in barrels for over a hundred years. But what gives this luxurious drink its hefty price tag is its bottle – dipped in 24k yellow gold and sterling platinum and set with 6,500 diamonds. Interestingly, the drink also contains 100 cl. of Dudognon Heritage Cognac Grande Champagne that contains 41% alcohol content.
